Description

Updated CX artefacts and requirements to reflect Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Amendment (2024 Measures No. 1) Rules 2024. This includes: Rules changes Retirement of rules annotation that — while not removed from the rules — has been removed from this artefact for simplicity (retired checklist item: 3AU2.03.18). Guidelines changes Minor updates to checklist references for accuracy and consistency (updated checklist items: 3AU2.01.14, 3AU2.01.17, 3AU2.01.19–20, 3AU2.02.04, 3AU2.02.06, 3AU2.03.23, 3AU2.03.25, 3AU2.03.27–28 and 3AU2.03.30–31).
