CX Guidelines for Notifications
CDR ReceiptsA CDR receipt must be given as soon as practicable after a consumer gives, amends or withdraws a consent. These guidelines show examples of how a data recipient may implement CDR receipts. Read more about CDR Receipts.
90-day NotificationsCDR consumer must be notified by the data recipient that they still have active consent(s) on a regular basis if they have not recently engaged with their CDR consents.
