Updates include: • CX Standards for pre-authentication, see checklist items 1CO2.01.53 and 1CO2.01.54. Refer to wireframes, annotations 53 and 54. • CX Guideline relating to complaint handling added, see checklist items 1CO2.01.55. For wireframes, refer to annotation 55. • CX Guideline relating to data handling retired (checklist item 1CO2.01.51) and replaced with 1CO2.01.56. For wireframes, refer to annotation 56. • CX Guideline relating to Privacy Safeguard 12 added, see checklist references 1CO2.01.57. For wireframes, refer to annotation 57.
