General annotation updates to reflect July 2023 rules amendments. Updates include: • Slight requirement modifications (checklist items: 4CM1.00.03, 4CM1.00.07, 4CM1.00.10, 4CM1.00.12, 4CM1.00.13, 4CM1.00.22, 4CM1.00.29, 4CM1.00.36, 4CM1.02.01, 4CM1.02.02, 4CM1.02.06, 4CM1.03b.02, 4CM1.03b.03 and 4CM1.03c.04) • New reference clarifying who is responsible for providing the dashboard in sponsor/affiliate arrangements (checklist item: 4CM1.03b.10) • New references clarifying requirements for updating a consumer dashboard in a CDR representative arrangement (checklist items: 4CM1.03c.11 and 4CM1.03c.12) • New reference for information on CDR Representative obligations (checklist items: 4CM1.03c.13) • Open source design asset 4CM1.
