CX Guidelines website v1.26.0.2023.09.20

Description

The CX Guidelines were re-launched on a new domain: cx.cds.gov.au. This was the result of a new platform being adopted to better host the DSB’s CX guidelines, open source assets, and research artefacts. Content is created on Notion.so and hosted on Super.so to improve site performance and accessibility. Appropriate redirections are in place to ensure past URLs remain functional.
