The DSB strives to create an accessible and inclusive CDR that is easier and simpler to access for everyone. This new page provides an overview of how the DSB has developed CX research, standards and artefacts to help achieve this. Included on this page are criteria and measures used to engage a diverse range of consumers, DSB research, processes, and recommendations in relation to accessibility, inclusivity, and vulnerability, along with artefacts, assets, and opportunities to support an accessible and inclusive CDR ecosystem.
