Description

New CX research report on Authentication Uplift research conducted in Q4 2022. This report contains findings and recommendations from Round 2 round of CX research which focussed on ‘App/Browser-to-App with Biometric’ and ran in November of 2022. The purpose of the research was to identify consumer experience considerations to support and inform an expanded approach to CDR. Report includes: • Behavioural archetypes • Fogg Behaviour Model (FBM) • SUS • Global Performance measures + metrics
