Description

New and updated CX artefacts and guidelines to support July 2023 rules amendments and Decision 333. Updates include: • Slight requirements modifications to the Default example (updated checklist items 1CO.00.03, 1CO.00.04, 1CO.02.12, 1CO.02.13, 1CO.02.23 and new checklist items 1CO.02.49, 1CO.02.50) and the Using direct or indirect OSPs example (updated title from ADR uses outsourced service providers | updated checklist items 1CO.03a.01–04, 1CO.03a.06) • Updated requirements related to CDR representative arrangements due to new CDR Rules Division 4.3A (updated checklist items 1CO.03c.01–04, 1CO.03c.06, 1CO.03c.08, 1CO.03c.12, 1CO.03c.14, 1CO.03c.16, 1CO.03c.19, 1CO.03c.20; new checklist items 1CO.03c.21–35 and retired items 1CO.03c.05, 1CO.03c.07, 1CO.03c.09, 1CO.03c.10, 1CO.03c.11, 1CO.03c.17, 1CO.03c.18) • New requirements relating to Business consumer statements (new checklist items starting with 1CO.04) • UI uplift throughout • Open source design asset 1CO.
