Description

Wireframe, annotation and page updates to reflect Change Request 646: Clarify selection of Trusted Adviser in the CX Guidelines. Updates include: • Section copy for Detached flow - default example and Consolidated flow updated to outline hypothetical scenario and use case. • Wireframe title amendment from ‘Trusted Adviser Directory’ to ‘Select a Trusted Adviser’, for simplicity. • Removal of the trust rating component and annotation retired in the ‘About Trusted Adviser’ screen (see checklist items: 1CO3.00.18 and 1CO3.01.18). • New CX Guidelines clarifying that it is optional for an ADR to offer a TA disclosure service for any TA of the consumer’s choosing (see checklist items: 1CO3.00.34 and 1CO3.01.32–33). • New CX Guideline clarifying that a consumer's selection of a TA can constitute nomination (see checklist items: 1CO3.00.35 and 1CO3.01.34). • Open source design asset 1CO3. Trusted Adviser disclosure consent v1.31.0.2024.10.03
