Description

General updates and slight revisions to the CX Guidelines to accommodate the energy sector. New variations added to provide guidance for ‘offline customers’ (energy sector) and amending authorisations. Updates include: Artefact changes • References to accounts have been generalised to be sector-agnostic • Variations outlining requirements and guidance for amended authorisations and offline customers added (checklist items starting with 5CM1.02 and 5CM1.03) • Clarifications to note that additional account information can be included, such as any related plans, services, properties, numbers, and products (checklist reference 5CM1.00.27) Slight requirement modifications • Slight content modification to match current version of the CDR Rules (checklist items 5CM1.00.01, 5CM1.00.03, 5CM1.00.04, 5CM1.00.05, 5CM1.00.06, 5CM1.00.07, 5CM1.01.01) • New annotations for CDR policy in default example (checklist items 5CM1.00.25, 5CM1.00.26) Open source assets • Revised to reflect changes for each of the above areas
