Description

General updates and slight revisions to the CX Guidelines to accommodate the energy sector and revised guidance on record keeping. Updates include: Artefact changes • References to accounts have been generalised to be sector-agnostic • Clarifications to note that additional account information can be included, such as any related plans, services, properties, numbers, and products (checklist items 5CM2.00.11, 5CM2.01.22) Slight requirement modifications • Slight content and reference modification to match Standards website (checklist items 5CM2.00.02, 5CM2.00.03, 5CM2.01.13, 5CM2.01.14, 5CM2.01.15) • New annotations included on authorisation withdrawal record keeping (checklist items 5CM2.00.09, 5CM2.00.10) • Additional annotation included (checklist item 5CM2.00.08) Open source assets and CX Checklist (website version) revised to reflect changes for each of the above areas
