Description

Updated CX artefacts and requirements to reflect Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Amendment (2024 Measures No. 1) Rules 2024. This includes: • Visual, UI and Experiential updates to reflect the new rules and standards requirements, including updates to the dashboard information architecture to account for bundled consents, which may include both "incoming" and "outgoing" data requests. Rules changes • Updated rule references to reflect renumbered and reworded rules for data holder consumer dashboards (updated checklist items: 5CM2.00.08) • Updated rule references to reflect renumbered and reworded rules for data holder consumer dashboard functionality requirements for joint account holders, including requirements on data holders to provide services that are ‘prominently displayed and readily accessible’ (updated checklist items: 5CM2.01.02–05) Standards change Minor update to remove future obligated dates that have now passed (updated checklist item: 5CM2.00.12) Guidelines changes • Minor update to CX guideline that clarifies use of the generic term ‘stop access’ (updated checklist item: 5CM2.00.04) • Minor updates to checklist references for accuracy and consistency (updated checklist items: 5CM2.01.16–18, 5CM2.01.20–21 and 5CM2.01.23) CX Guideline website page New open source design asset 5CM2.
