If: 2. An accredited data recipient is seeking a disclosure consent from a consumer to disclose CDR data; and the data subject to the disclosure or collection is not within the data language standards as it does not relate to a relevant data cluster, then that data MUST be described in language that is as easy to understand as practicable. NB: This is a subset of the CX Standard referenced.
