As per CDR Rule 1.15(3)(h), data holders are required to display the details of each amendment (if any) that has been made to the authorisation. These artefacts demonstrate 2 examples of how these details could be displayed: • The summary shown on the Authorisation history summary screen; and • The 'amended' labels in relation to specific attributes that have been amended on the Authorisation history details screens.
