Statement

As per CDR Rule 1.15(3A), data holders must display details of amendments to authorisations that occur on or after 1 July 2024. While not required by the rules or standards, the CX Guidelines recommend displaying details of amendments made to an authorisation before this date. The inclusion of details of all amendments would most align with consumers' mental model and understanding of their authorisations.
