In some scenarios, data recipients may not be able to identify the sector the data was derived from. This may occur, for example, in complex disclosure chains, significantly modified datasets, and in relation to sector-agnostic data. In such scenarios, data recipients should describe the data in a way that is specific, meaningful, and comprehensible to the consumer.
