For the purposes of Schedule 4, Rule 2.3(2), data holders could provide an (optional) CDR Receipt that contains the details of the dashboard offer. While authorisation withdrawal instructions must be provided in the authorisation flow itself, dashboards are expected to be offered to offline customers external to the authorisation flow after authorisation has been granted.
