As per CDR Rule 4.3A(2), a CDR representative may ask the consumer to give a collection consent for the CDR principal to collect data; a use consent for the CDR principal to disclose the data to the representative; and another use consent for the representative to use that data to provide goods or services. In practice, these use consents may be presented to the consumer as a single consent with two purposes, as demonstrated in these examples, rather than two separate use consents. The details on the use consent relating to the CDR principal's involvement can be surfaced in a separate component, such as the 'supporting parties' design contained in this flow.
