Statement

Where possible and appropriate, data recipients may provide alternative methods for data access based on the use case, customer preferences, and to support voluntary consent. This may include manual upload. However, data recipients may also highlight the benefits of using CDR over alternatives, such as being considered a safer, more secure, and increasingly viable method for data access — particularly with the introduction of multi-factor authentication and other security controls that prevent other methods from being reliable or used at all.
