Accredited persons can use the CDR logo after accepting a Trade Mark Licencing Agreement (TMLA) with the ACCC. The CDR logo is a registered trade mark owned by the Commonwealth of Australia, and entities may only use the CDR logo for the Licensed Purpose specified in the TMLA. Inline with the licence, • Prior to the consent request, the CDR logo can be used in relation to the CDR option and after its selection to support education and onboarding. • Accredited persons are permitted to use the CDR logo for 'collection' and 'use' consents, but not for 'disclosure' alone. The CDR logo may be used if collection, use, and disclosure consents are bundled in a single journey. • CDR representatives cannot use the CDR logo because they do not fall into a class of persons who can use the CDR logo for a Licensed Purpose. Use of the CDR logo helps facilitate consistency, familiarity, and trust in the CDR ecosystem.
