Consumer Experience (CX) Guidelines

Energy Switching Experiment - CX Research Report (Q4 2025)

Published

The Data Standards Body (DSB) and Treasury conducted an experiment to assess the extent to which the existing Consumer Data Right (CDR) framework may facilitate and improve energy switching. It was conducted with CDR participants, energy market bodies and other agencies, and was part of broader work to enable uptake of the CDR.

A total of 9 sessions were conducted with experiment participants to discuss and assess current state issues and future opportunities related to CDR-facilitated energy plan switching.
